Ouch: my schoolboy! Ouch: my wrist! Phew, always this neck pain.
Experience has shown that knitters, especially those who like to knit often, have a wide variety of problems or pain zones, which can be caused by overexertion of certain muscles or possibly even incorrect posture.
In this workshop we will sit down together and practice different knitting techniques, look together at how we can adapt our sitting and hand postures to our specific difficulties and, above all, how we can improve them.
Basically, the aim of this course is to get new methods to be used in order to achieve a re-learning or relaxation.
We practice Portuguese knitting (this type of knitting is also used in the Andes or Cyprus), we compare the continents with the throwing type of knitting and practice different tricks for relaxation.
Please bring your favourite needles and the current project, or maybe two current projects, so that everyone can implement the ideas of the workshop directly with their own knitting of the heart.
