Do tickets have to be booked in advance or is there a box office?

Tickets can be booked in advance until one week before the festival.
There is a box office at the festival. However, depending on the number of visitors, a waiting period must be expected.

Why are the tickets limited?

Since the room cannot accommodate an unlimited number of people and we have safety regulations, we can only allow a limited number of people into the exhibitor hall at the same time. Therefore there may be waiting times at the box office.

Can workshops also be booked at the festival?

Workshops can only be booked in advance until 1 week before the festival.
Workshops can no longer be booked at the festival itself.

What’s the best way to get here?

We recommend travelling by car, as the Riverside is right next to a motorway exit and we have many free parking spaces available. The arrival by public transport is also possible but the connection is only guaranteed every hour.

Are dogs allowed in the exhibitor halls?

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in the Riverside.

Up to what age do children have free access?

Children up to the age of 16 receive free admission.

At what time can participants check in for the workshops?

For course participants, the cash desk is open for check-in from 9.30 a.m. onwards. At check-in, the participants will also receive the day’s admission wristband.

For visitors to the exhibitor hall, the cash desk and the door open at 10.00 a.m..

Where does my workshop take place?

The workshop rooms and their locations will be published 2 weeks before the festival.

Is there a stand plan of the exhibitor hall?

The stand plan will be published 2 weeks before the festival. There is a small PDF brochure for download and some printed ones at the box office.
