Do tickets have to be booked in advance, or is there a box office?
Tickets can be booked in advance until around 2 weeks before the festival (see timeline). After that, the ticket must be purchased on site at the box office.
Why are tickets limited?
As the space cannot accommodate an unlimited number of people and we have safety regulations, we can only allow a limited number of people into the exhibitor hall at the same time.
Can Workshops also be booked at the festival?
Workshops can only be booked in advance until 1 week before the festival.
No Workshops can be booked at the festival itself.
Are dogs allowed on the festival grounds?
Dogs are not allowed in the building.
Up to what age do children get free admission?
Children up to 16 years of age receive free admission.
From what time can participants check in for the workshops?
For workshop participants, the desk is open for check-in from 9:30 AM. At check-in, participants will also receive their day admission wristband.
For visitors to the exhibitor hall, the desk and the doors open at 10:00 AM.
Where will my workshop take place?
The workshop rooms and their locations will be published 2 weeks before the festival.
Is there a floor plan of the exhibitor hall?
The exhibitor hall floor plan will be published 2 weeks before the festival. There will also be a small PDF brochure to download and a few printed copies at the box office.
