You can reach us in 25 minutes from Zurich and in 15 minutes from the airport.
Take the A51 motorway to the end (towards Schaffhausen/Bülach), at the roundabout take the third exit (towards Bad Zurzach), then take the expressway exit Rheinsfelden/Zweidlen Station. Then turn right (follow the signs), after 500 m turn left and follow Spinnerei-Lettenstrasse to the hotel.
From Bern to the Swiss Yarn Festival by coach
Gast Carreisen is organising a coach trip from various pick-up points in and around Bern directly to the festival. You can find all the details here.

Public transport
Take the train to Glattfelden station, then take bus NFB 540 to the stop “Zweidlen, Zweidlergraben”, then it’s a 5-minute walk to Riverside. Timetable: www.sbb.ch

Shuttle
There is a shuttle that runs from Riverside to Glattfelden station and back.

Riverside

The first Swiss Yarn Festival has found a very special venue. The Riverside seminar and event hotel is an old converted spinning mill. Even if it seems a little out of the way, in our view it’s the perfect place for a wool festival.

Exhibitors can showcase their craft in the old Kämmereisaal, Spinnereisaal and Autosalon, while the Workshops take place in the workshop rooms.

Riverside has two larger restaurants, as well as a bar and plenty of free parking, and the site is wheelchair accessible. All around there’s lots of greenery with the river “Glatt”… In short, a dream!
